We had a great two weeks enjoying the sunshine and the BEAUTIFUL facilities at World Equestrian Center in Ocala! Such a fantastic new horse show and all the horses were amazing!
Highlights of our time in Florida include:
C Beyond and Julia: Champions (week 1) and Reserve Champions (week 2), 12-14 Equitation; 8th place, Children’s classic, and moved up to the 3’3 Juniors week 2 with 3rd place in the classic
Our Song and Khloe: Reserve Champions (week 1) and Champions (week 2), Pony Equitation; Reserve Champions, Small Ponies (week 1); 6th place, $2500 Pony Derby
Queen Bea and Khloe: Reserve Champions, Small Ponies (week 2); 6th place (week 1) and 4th place (week 2), Pony Hunter Classic
Jadivo and Susan: Reserve Champions, Intermediate Adults and 4th place out of 28 in the $2500 2’6 Hunter Derby
Dress Balou and Caroline put in a great round in the $10,000 Open Hunter Derby (in the big stadium!)
And Val’s new horse Sugar-Coated and Powell’s 5 year old mare Kolanda each put in great rounds and came away with blue ribbons in the NSBA 2’6 Hunters and 1.0-1.10m jumpers
